Castle Leslie Estate Autism Friendly

Castle Leslie Estate is dedicated to the comfort and convenience of all its guests and staff; Chris the People & Training Manager has completed the online training with AsIAM who endeavour to make Irish society a more inclusive and accepting place, where Autistic people have the same chance.

Chris is working closely with Castle Leslie Estate’s Employee resource group, autistic employees and employees who have autistic family members, as how they can improve the journey both for the team and guests.

Nestled on 1,000 acres of undulating Irish countryside, dotted with ancient woodlands and glittering lakes, Castle Leslie Estate is one of the last great Irish estates still in the hands of its founding family. The Leslie Family arrived in Ireland in the 16th Century and bought the Estate at that time. Today, this Irish estate is led by the current custodian, Sammy Leslie. Her overwhelming desire is to protect the Estate for future generations.
