IPS Programme
The Individual Placement and Support (IPS) programme helps people with mental health difficulties to find and keep jobs.
IPS focuses on you, your goals and the support you need.
You do not need to complete long courses before starting your job search.
IPS is funded by the HSE and delivered by Employability Monaghan Cavan in partnership with local mental health services and Intreo.
