We had a very positive experience working with Employability Monaghan Cavan. From the outset, the support was clear, practical and tailored to our needs as an employer.

The Job Coach took the time to understand our business and helped us identify a suitable candidate. The ongoing support provided to both the employee and our team made the process smooth and successful.

The candidate has settled in well and has become a valued member of staff. We would highly recommend Employability Monaghan Cavan to other employers considering inclusive recruitment.

The Employability Service first approached us in 2019. The Job Coach explained that the service supports people to gain meaningful employment, provides ongoing support, and offers incentives for employers. We were eager to work with them.

Throughout the process, Employability Monaghan Cavan provided a highly professional service, with consistent, prompt and ongoing support. They also introduced us to a candidate who has become a very valuable member of our team.

It was a very positive experience for our company, and we would encourage other employers to avail of this service.
