What we ask from you
We ask that you:
- Attend appointments where possible
- Let us know if you cannot attend
- Work with your Job Coach
- Be open and honest about your support needs
How the service works
You will be supported by a Job Coach.
You will work together to agree a plan based on your goals.
This plan will be reviewed regularly as you progress.
Duration of support
Support is usually provided for up to 12 months.
In some cases, this may be extended where appropriate.
